Delivery is limited to the town of Revelstoke, British Columbia
Deliveries are made on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
The cutoff for delivery for Wednesday is Tuesday by 3pm. The cutoff for delivery for Saturday is Friday by 3pm.
We cannot guarantee time of delivery, but will contact you to let you know it’s coming and will leave your order in a prearranged location.
Bulk orders and wholesale pick-ups can be arranged.
We only mail the folllowing items that have been ordered on-line (LIST HERE) , the rest are available only at the nursery. Items can only be mailed within Canada, with shipping covered on all orders over $XXX. No shipments outside of Canada.
Our orders will be parcel shipped via a reputable courier service ( Canada Post, Purolater etc.), provided a tracking number.
If your package is lost please reach out to us so we can assist you in submitting a lost parcel claim, however please note that the couriers will not accept claims for damaged live goods. Parcels that have shipped to the customer and are returned to sender or not retrieved are not eligible for a refund.
Any additional shipping fees incurred due to address changes or special requests will be forwarded to the customer to collect payment. No further sales will be processed unless accounts are settled and in good standing.
Please contact us if your order is not correct or has been damaged during delivery.
Living plants can be returned within 24 hours.
Trees and shrubs are have a 14 day warranty ONLY if installed by Sunnyside Farm. Self-installed plants are not warranted and not eligible for a refund.
All other products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds, store credit or exchange for an equivalent product are all available options.
Responsibility for live plants
Living plants are perishable and will be impacted if not cared for properly, particularly when subjected to too much sun, not enough sun, lack of or too much water, characteristics of soil quality, over-mulching, transportation and positioning. By accepting our plant at point of sale or on receipt of delivery is your acknowledgment of good plant health.
