Raspberry – Heritage (Rubus idaeus var) Everbearing Raspberry
The classic Heritage’ (Everbearing) raspberry produces rapid growing canes that grow between 5-8 ft tall at maturity. This self-pollinating plant produces two crops of berries on each cane; one in early summer followed by a heavy harvest of sweet berries in the fall. Berries stay firm and juicy after picking, and have excellent flavor, great for fresh eating or in jams. These plants are thorny, and required full sun, moist soils and good supports. Plant this tasty berry near a fence, wall or wherever supports can be provided for its long, fruit-laden canes..Bird Friendly, Edible, Fast Growing, Showy Fruit.
